About Steve and Flora

Steve and Flora Harbin have been sharing the work of ministry for more that four decades.  They were married in 1967 and have two married children and five grandchildren. 

Steve and Flora attended Union University in the late 1960's.  During that time Steve entered pastoral ministry.  After serving churches for twenty years, He accepted a position as a denominational ministry consultant. He worked in that capacity for 15 years.

As a wife, mother, and grandmother, Flora has been, and continues to be a faithful ministry partner.  During these years, she maintained a nursing career as well.  She retired from nursing in 2010, and now works exclusively with Dr. Steve to extend the reach of WWGMI. 

Steve obtained an M.Div from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY and a DMin from Luther Rice Seminary in Atlanta, GA.

In 1995, the Harbins left denominational work and founded Walking With God Ministries, conducting revival and evangelistic crusades across the United States.  Then in 2001, a mission trip to Lithuania took them into international work.

Today, Steve and Flora have extended the reach of WWGMI beyond the United States and Eastern Europe to both Central and South America as well as Africa.   Thousands of people have been influenced by their ministry.  Hundreds of churches have felt the impact of their commitment to the Gospel.

Flora leads the medical teams into areas where medical care is greatly needed.  Together, they join with churches and ministries to carry the transforming power of the Kingdom of God. Wherever God opens doors and provisions come, ministry is carried to the the lives of people.

The Harbins have established their base of operations in the North Georgia, traveling to the nation and across the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
