Medical Missions

This years Pastors and Church Leaders Conferences were conducted in Interlogos (Sao Paulo), Campinas, Alfenas, Alterosa, Bertogia, and Serrania, Brazil.  This year, our emphasis focused on the Spiritual Life and Development of the Leader.  The leadership meetings in Alfenas, Alterosa, Serrania, and Interlogos, were conducted by Dr. Steve Harbin.  Leadership meetings in Campinas and Bertioga were led by Dr. Harbin, Flora Harbin, Larry and Marilyn Salmans, and Steve and Betty Jo Shirk.
 
Evangelistic meetings were conducted in Interlogos and Zona Norte (Sao Paulo), Fortaleza, Mossoro, Campinas, Sao Joan Boa Vista, Briganca Paulista, Juaguariuna, and Sto Antonio de Posse. These were powerful meetings netting over 300 salvations.
   
Our medical mission initiatives have always proven to be effective in touching people with the love of God. These opportunities provide healing and deliverance for both body and soul of precious people in need of the love of Jesus Christ.

Our Preaching and Evangelism Team presents the Gospel to those who come to the medical clinics and to those who attended the church conferences and crusades.  

    Here are the results of this years Evangelistic Crusades and Medical Mission Teams:

        Total Medical Clinics: 3 - One in Mossoro and two in Fortaleza
        Total Team Members: 15, plus translators and Brazilian Medical Personnel
        Total Number of Patients: 632
        Total Salvations in the Clinics: 456
        Total Number of Salvations (all meetings): 605
        Total Prescriptions Distributed: 1,896

For all medical clinics, we need medical personnel of every type — doctors, pharmacists, nurses, emergency medical technicians, dentists, dental technicians, and physical therapists. If you are involved in the medical field, you are needed.

We also need pastors, ministry workers, worship leaders, vocalists, and youth workers. We are delighted to have dedicated young people (High School and up) to serve on our teams on all of our teams.
